3. Scope and sources of data

We process personal data that you provide voluntarily or that is generated when you use the website:

  • Contact form / e-mail: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), message content, correspondence metadata.

  • Technical website data (necessary): URL address, session identifiers/essential cookies, browser and device type, basic server logs.

  • Analytics (with consent): event data collected via Google Analytics 4 (e.g. page views, interactions; without IP addresses).

4. Purposes and legal bases for processing

  • Responding to enquiries and correspondence – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest: handling enquiries) or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual actions at your request).

  • Conclusion and performance of contracts, settlements – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; accounting and tax obligations– Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

  • Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

  • Traffic analytics (GA4) – only with your consent – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

  • Website security and maintenance (logs, essential cookies) – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies necessary for the operation and security of the website and, subject to your consent, statistical cookies (GA4).

6. Data recipients (categories)

Your data may be shared with:

  • IT and hosting providers and tools necessary for the operation of the website (including Wix.com Ltd.),

  • Google LLC (only for Google Analytics 4 – subject to consent),

  • legal and accounting service providers (where necessary),

  • public authorities – where required by law.

Where applicable, we have concluded data processing agreements with these entities.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers (e.g. Wix.com Ltd., Google LLC) may process data outside the European Economic Area.
Appropriate safeguards are applied, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses and additional measures required by law.

  • Correspondence / leads: up to 12 months from the last contact or longer if it results in cooperation or a contract.

  • Contractual and accounting data: for the period required by law (generally 5 years from the end of the calendar year).

  • Data necessary for legal claims: until the limitation period expires (usually up to 6 years).

  • Analytics (GA4): in accordance with GA4 retention settings and until consent is withdrawn.

  • Cookies: in accordance with the lifetimes specified in the Cookie Policy or until deleted by you.

9. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data via the contact form is voluntary, but may be necessary to respond to your enquiry or conclude a contract.
Lack of consent for analytics does not affect the use of the website.

10. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data, rectify it, erase it, or restrict its processing,

  • data portability,

  • object to processing based on legitimate interests,

  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.

11. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you.

12. Data security

We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risk, including HTTPS encryption, access control, and backup systems used by our service providers.

The website may contain links to external websites (e.g. client portfolios).
We are not responsible for their privacy practices – please review their privacy policies separately.

14. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy, in particular in the event of changes to website functionality, service providers, or legal regulations.
